Become a Regional Partner and Earn 60% Revenue Share on Every Subscription You Bring
SquareFeet.App is the fast-growing property listing platform connecting serious buyers, renters, investors, businesses and developers with quality UK properties. We’re looking for established UK estate agents, letting agents, property management companies, independent agents or back-end providers to become official Regional Partners.
As a Partner, you gain:
- Exclusive or priority listing rights in your chosen postcode sectors / regions
- Branded visibility for your agency on listings and searches in your area
- Access to our high-traffic website + mobile app audience
- Lead generation tools, analytics dashboard, and marketing support
- 60% revenue share on every subscription fee paid by agencies you refer or onboard in your territory (we retain 40% to cover platform development, hosting, marketing, compliance and support)
This is a genuine profit-split partnership — the more active paying agencies you help bring to the platform in your region, the more you earn — month after month, and perpetual as long as the subscriptions are renewed every year.
Who We’re Looking For (Eligibility Criteria)
We partner selectively to maintain quality and trust across the platform. Ideal partners meet most of the following:
- Established UK property professional — Operating as an estate agency, lettings agency, hybrid agency, block management company, or new homes developer/marketer for at least 12 months
- Active office / presence in a specific UK region or group of postcode sectors (we assign exclusive or semi-exclusive territories to avoid overlap)
- Valid registration — Companies House registered (if limited company) or HMRC registered as self-employed/sole trader/partnership
- Member of a redress scheme (required by UK law for estate/letting agents) — e.g. The Property Ombudsman (TPO), Property Redress Scheme (PRS), or equivalent
- Professional standards — Compliant with Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations, Property Misdescriptions rules (where still relevant), TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) membership if handling lettings, client money protection (CMP) scheme if required
- Clean track record — No major upheld complaints with redress schemes or Trading Standards in the last 24 months
- Listing capability — Able to supply accurate, high-quality property data, photos, floorplans, EPCs, and virtual tours (we provide easy upload tools and API if needed)
- Commitment — Willing to promote SquareFeet.App as a preferred/featured portal to your vendors/landlords and applicants
We especially welcome partners in:
- Underserved or high-growth postcode areas
- Cities and towns outside London & South East (strong demand for regional coverage)
- Specialist niches: student lets, HMOs, luxury, new builds, rural properties, leasehold blocks, commercial/residential mixed
How the 40/60 Revenue Split Works
- You identify and refer property agencies (or onboard your own branches/clients) in your assigned postcode/region.
- They sign up to a paid subscription plan on SquareFeet.App (annual billing).
- Subscription fees are collected by us Biniare Limited @ SquareFeet.App.
- We automatically split each payment: 60% → You (the Regional Partner) 40% → Biniare Limited @ SquareFeet.App (covers all backend, app, marketing, compliance, payment processing)
- Payouts are made monthly (net-30) via BACS / Faster Payments once your balance reaches £100.
- Full transparency — partners receive a monthly statement showing referred agencies, subscription amounts, and your share.
Example: If an agency in your territory pays £100 + VAT per month, you receive £60 (pre-VAT handling), we receive £40.
No upfront fees to become a partner. Earnings are purely performance-based on subscriptions you help generate.
How to Apply
- Submit your interest via the form below (or email everything@squarefeet.app)
- Provide:
- Company name, website, main office postcode
- Your target postcode sectors / regions (e.g. M1–M40, B1–B99, SW1–SW20)
- Property types you specialise in (sales, lettings, both; residential, new homes, etc.)
- Proof of redress scheme membership (upload certificate)
- Brief overview of your current portfolio / branch network
- We review applications within 5–7 working days
- If shortlisted → short call / video meeting to discuss territory mapping and mutual fit
- Sign simple Partner Agreement (no lock-in period; 30-day notice either side)
- Get your unique referral tracking link + branded co-marketing materials
Territories are allocated on a first-qualified, best-fit basis — popular regions are filling quickly.
