Benedict LU holds an undergraduate degree in Architecture and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. Over the past 12 years, he has specialised in property agency and consultancy, focusing on maximising asset value through thoughtful design interventions, ensuring full statutory and planning compliance, and expertly repositioning properties in the market.
